What operating systems does the Celeste app work with? Apple iOS and Android (from Google Play Store).
Can you see or hear the patient while they sleep? No we cannot, the Celeste app does not connect to the phone's camera or microphone.

Will it work on an iPad or Android tablet? Yes it should work as long as the tablet has Bluetooth capabilities, however the screen ratio of the app may not be optimized for your tablet.

How is the customized app supported? The app customization includes lifetime support from EnsoData of the customer's app version in its respective app store (Apple or Google Play).
We do expect to need to issue updates about once a quarter to stay up to date with OS security requirements. We will issue those updates on our customers' behalf.
Can I use the app if my phone is on Airplane Mode? The app will need Wifi and Bluetooth enabled, so we suggest to not use Airplane Mode. You can turn off cellular data as long as you have a stable Wifi connection and the device is connected via Bluetooth.
How much battery does the device need? Please charge the device up to at least 60% battery for a successful test night.
