As a clinic Admin, go to the Clinic tab > User tab > plus (+) button to add a new user to your clinic.
Fill out the user's first name, last name, and email address.
If the user has credentials such as MD, PhD, RPSGT, CCSH, etc that you would like to add to the user profile, append these to the last name. Once you save a user's name it can't be edited from the application - if you need to make edits, please contact support@ensodata.com to make the change.
Once you create the user account, your user will receive an email from EnsoData to activate their account and set a password.
