Default Dashboard statuses and their meanings
The EnsoData Dashboard has different statuses that indicate the progress of your study. However, if you have customized Study Management workflows, you may see different statuses for your clinic.

This status means that the study has been detected and is waiting in the queue to be uploaded to the EnsoData Cloud.

During this stage, EnsoSleep's Machine Learning algorithms are analyzing and scoring the study.
Returning
Your computer's network is downloading the study from the EnsoData Cloud when you see this status.
Complete
Once the study has been scored and downloaded, it is considered complete.
Skipped
If a property flagged by EnsoSleep causes the study to be skipped, you will see this status. The decision to skip a study may be based on your clinic's configuration settings. Common reasons to skip a study include:
-
-
- EnsoSleep automatically skips pediatric studies (<13 y/o) by default.
- The duration of the study may be shorter than the minimum length required by your clinic.
- Your clinic might be configured to exclude MSLT studies.
-
Error
If an error occurs during any stage of the sleep study's life-cycle, this status will be displayed. It's important to note that not all errors are issues, but if you have any concerns, please reach out to the EnsoData Customer Success team at support@ensodata.com.
