1. EnsoData Help Center
  2. I have questions about EnsoSleep

How can I tell if Enso has scored a study?

Sometimes it can be hard to tell if a file has been scored by EnsoSleep, or by a software's native scoring mechanism.

  1. Look at the EnsoSleep dashboard at dashboard.ensodata.com
The dashboard will show you more than just if the study was detected by Enso, but if it is still uploading, scoring or completed.
  2. Many applications have built-in audit trails
If you are using Sleepware G3, we can turn on the Audit Trail
If you are using Cadwell, we can turn on the Cadwell Status
If you are using Lab Retriever, you can see the status within the application
  3. Or, you can find this file by un-hiding the hidden files in your file explorer.

Click on the file explorer icon

Click on View and then select the Hidden Items checkbox.

For both cases you should now see a file similar to this in the folders that Enso has scored. It will have a filetype of .enso

This means that the EnsoSleep service has detected and uploaded the study.
