How to Restart your Windows Service

If EnsoData stops working and your support person asks you to restart the Windows Service, here is how to do it.

On the computer which EnsoSleep is installed, go to services.msc (or search for "services" in your Windows search bar)

In the Services window, find EnsoSleep Service in the list

Click the "Start" or "Restart" blue hyperlink to re-enable the Enso service.

The Service usually takes a couple minutes to restart, so wait several minutes and then go to dashboard.ensodata.com to check on the status of your studies.

As an Admin user, you can also check the status of your computers by going to Clinic > Computers and checking to see that it says "started" under the Local service column.

If studies still aren't populating correctly, contact support@ensodata.com and include the name of the computer you are having trouble with.

If you need to turn off the EnsoSleep service, click the blue "Stop" hyperlink.
