Realtime Scoring Support Help

If you need help with Realtime scoring, please go through the following steps

  1. If you cannot see your acquisition, or the screen says "Waiting for Data", wait ~5 minutes for the Enso-scoring to catch up with the study.

  2. Check that you have a stable internet connection.
  3. Click the back button next to the pattient name in the upper left of the screen. This will take you back to the PATIENT tab where you can re-launch the study.

  4. Refresh your browser page.
  5. Close out the browser tab and open it back up.

  6. Double-check your active browser tab(s). The browser tab containing the patient’s study may not be the active tab, it may have been closed, it may be hidden behind other applications open on the computer.

Tips for other issues:

I don't see a Patient with ‘Acquiring' status:

  • Do you have access to the Realtime tab on the dashboard home page? If not, your account does not have appropriate permissions for realtime scoring. Please contact your manager or support@ensodata.com for assistance. 
  • There may not be signals detected yet to put the patient into an acquiring status, wait a few minutes before calling support.
  • Is the head-box turned on and plugged in/running?
  • Have you configured this acquisition computer for RealTime scoring with your EnsoData Support Engineer? The local application that handles communication between your sleep system and EnsoSleep may not be configured for real-time scoring. You will not be able to perform real-time scoring until your clinic works with EnsoData to configure the local application.

I cannot add events to the study

  • You may be attempting to add events to the portion of the study that isn’t scored yet. Wait until automatically found events appear in that portion of the study.

I cannot modify the split-criteria

  • Once you begin the titration portion of the study, you cannot change the criteria.

The split and/or spo2 alerts are not appearing for a patient

  • The criteria may not be met yet or there may be a typo in the criteria (for example, AHI of 81 instead of 18).

The study is done but I can't create a report

  • If EnsoSleep is still obtaining signals and/or scoring the study, you will not be able to create a report. Wait until the full study is finished in your acquiring system and has been loaded into EnsoSleep before creating a report.
