Deactivate a User

How to deactivate a user who has access to your Study Management Dashboard

Requirements:

Only Administrators have permission to deactivate a user.

Actions:

Navigate to the main “Clinic” tab:

Navigate to the “Users” tab:

Scroll the the user you wish to deactivate, and select the check mark by their name:

Scroll to the top of the user list and select the “delete” icon:
